At Perfumoîre, we understand that quick delivery is important. That’s why we ship all orders from Brisbane, Australia, using the fastest possible methods. 

Processing Time

Orders are processed on the same day it is received if made before midday ALL ORDERS SHIP EXPRESS. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Shipping Costs

We offer free express shipping on all orders over $100 AUD within Australia. For orders under $100, a flat rate of $15 AUD applies. 

Estimated Delivery Times

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days - next day inside Auspost overnight network

Please note: Delivery times may vary for rural or remote areas.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary by location, and customs fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While rare, delays or lost parcels can occur. If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us, and we’ll investigate with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

While we take great care in packaging your order to withstand transit conditions, we are not liable for any loss or damage that may occur once your parcel is with the courier. If an issue arises, such as a missing or damaged package, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
