Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscription Policy

Welcome to our fragrance subscription service. We’re passionate about helping you discover scents you’ll love — starting with free samples designed to let you trial our fragrances at home.

Please read the following terms carefully. By signing up for a subscription or receiving free samples, you agree to abide by these policies.

1. Free Samples and Subscription Activation

We offer free samples to give you a genuine opportunity to explore our fragrances before your first full month’s order. Here’s how it works:

• When you sign up, we immediately prepare and ship your free 14-day trial sample pack via express delivery.

• Your subscription is activated at the time of ordering but your first billing occurs 14 days after the order date.

• This allows time for:

• Express delivery (typically 2–3 business days), and

• A fair trial window to wear and evaluate the fragrances.

Important; By claiming your free samples, you are committing to at least one full month of subscription. You cannot cancel, skip, your subscription until after the first billing cycle has been completed. This ensures the integrity and fairness of our sampling program. We do not offer free products to casual browsers. This program is designed for serious customers who wish to trial before beginning their subscription journey.

2. Subscription Charges and Renewal

• Your first billing occurs 14 days after your initial order, for a full month’s supply (32 Aromettes).

• Following this, your subscription renews automatically each month unless paused or cancelled.

• You will receive a reminder email before each billing.

3. Cancellations and Skips

• Subscriptions can only be paused or skipped after the first billing has occurred.

• To avoid being charged for any future months, cancellations or skips must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.

• During the trial period, you are only able to edit your subscribed product - selct your favourite for future subscriptions.

4. Refunds

Due to the personal and consumable nature of fragrance products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been fulfilled.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

5. Fair Use Policy

This sample program is intended for genuine customers interested in exploring our fragrances.

We reserve the right to cancel, block, or restrict access from accounts that show patterns of abuse, such as:

• Multiple trial signups from the same individual or household,

• Use of fake emails or payment details,

• Repeated early cancellation attempts.
